Remote Audiologist for Educational Support, Schools in Washington

Location: Washington (Fully Remote)

VocoVision is focused on improving the educational journeys of students with hearing impairments through our state-of-the-art virtual audiology services. Our goal is to ensure that every student in Washington receives the necessary support to thrive academically and socially.

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Remote Audiologist to join our innovative team. In this critical position, you will perform online audiological assessments, provide expert consultations, and deliver ongoing support to students across various educational settings. You will collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop customized strategies that enhance students’ auditory health and academic performance.

30-40 hours/week
2024-2025 school year
K-12th Students

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
Current Washington State licensure as an Audiologist
ESA Certification
Experience with pediatric audiology and familiarity with educational environments is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools
Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a team

VocoVision Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable working as an Independent Contractor. Candidates must pass a tech screening ensuring download speeds, Wi-Fi, and Zoom capabilities are proficient. Contractors must obtain professional liability insurance before the beginning of assignment
