Role Details

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities: Supervise RBTs on-site, provide behavioral interventions, and contribute expertise during IEP meetings.

Qualifications You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Education or Special Education
Massachusetts BCBA certification
DESE Licensure through the Department of Education
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in RBT supervision and virtual service delivery

Contract Requirements

1099 independent contractor status
