Position Overview

Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities: Provide supervision for on-site RBTs, deliver expert intervention strategies, and contribute valuable insights to IEP meetings.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Education or Special Education
Active Massachusetts BCBA license
DESE Licensure through the Massachusetts Department of Education
Preferred: Virtual supervision experience with RBTs and 3+ years of relevant expertise

Contractor Requirements

Independent contractor (1099)
Own liability insurance
Reliable home computer with high-speed internet
Successful completion of tech screening
