Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized education programs (IEPs) to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Provide engaging, interactive virtual instruction tailored to each student’s unique goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to maximize academic success.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements through accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• A valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license.
• A degree in Special Education or a related field.
• At least two years of experience working with students with special needs (teletherapy experience is a plus, but training is available).
• Proficient in using technology to facilitate effective virtual learning.
