As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in impacting the lives of students in Michigan by offering therapeutic services through our secure and user-friendly online platform. Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' needs and design personalized treatment plans.
Deliver direct therapy services to students using live video conferencing.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and educational team members to implement therapy goals and strategies.
Monitor and meticulously document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as required.
Offer guidance and support to parents and caregivers regarding therapy techniques and strategies.
Attend virtual meetings and consultations with school staff and administrators as necessary.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Michigan.
Proficiency in technology usage, including video conferencing platforms and online documentation systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.
The ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage caseloads.
A reliable internet connection and an appropriate home workspace for conducting therapy sessions.
