Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our remote team in a 1099 contract position. In this role, you will provide speech therapy services to children or adults through a secure online platform, making a meaningful difference in clients' lives from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote speech therapy services to K-12 students or adults, depending on assignment
• Conduct thorough assessments and create customized therapy plans
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to enhance communication skills
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other team members to track progress and ensure effective services
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Uphold professionalism and quality care in all interactions

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Pennsylvania and a Pennsylvania teaching certificate
• Experience in clinical or educational settings with children or adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using teletherapy platforms or willingness to undergo training
• Reliable internet connection for effective remote sessions
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and progress reports
