Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and social development.

• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans based on assessment outcomes.

• Provide virtual counseling and support for students facing various psychological and behavioral challenges.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create effective strategies for student success.

• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.

• Participate in virtual IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and help shape educational goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of evaluations, interventions, and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.

• Current licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain licensure).

• Experience working in a school setting is preferred, especially in a remote role.

• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and developing effective interventions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment.

• Familiarity with virtual communication tools and platforms.
