Ohio- Remote Sign Language Interpreter (SLI)

VocoVision is looking for a Virtual Sign Language Interpreter to work remotely. You’ll help Deaf and hearing individuals communicate in virtual classrooms and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide sign language interpretation for online classes and meetings.
Translate spoken and written content into sign language and vice versa.
Help ensure clear communication between Deaf students, teachers, and staff.
Work with educators to support student needs.

Qualifications:

Certified Sign Language Interpreter (e.g., RID Certification) or similar qualification.
Experience in sign language interpretation.
Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL).
Comfortable using online communication tools.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with competitive pay based on experience.
