Remote Speech-Language Pathologist in California for the 2024-2025 School Year

VocoVision Teletherapy is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our remote workforce from anywhere across the United States. This contract role provides flexible scheduling options, competitive compensation with guaranteed hours, and opportunities for overtime. We are currently hiring for the upcoming semester, summer extended school year, and the next academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration Across Disciplines: Partner with a variety of professionals, including occupational and physical therapists, nurses, dietitians, and educators.
Tailored Therapy: Develop individualized therapy materials and conduct sessions adapted to different student abilities.
Assessment and Strategy Development: Carry out assessments and assist in creating behavior management and crisis intervention strategies.
Caseload Oversight: Handle a diverse range of students from kindergarten to twelfth grade.
Full-Time Commitment: Maintain a flexible full-time schedule, generally working between 37.5 to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

Required Credentials: Must possess CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and ASHA certification.
Experience Needed: Prior experience working with students is essential.
Licensure: Must hold valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
Eligibility: Must be qualified for state licensure.
Preferred Skills: Bilingual abilities are an advantage.
