Pay Range: $43-48/hr (DOE)

We specialize in teletherapy and have been partnering with schools to provide services such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, and social work support. We are currently seeking a School Social Worker to join our Minnesota team and provide remote services to students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide social work services to students from PreK-12th grade, including counseling and emotional support.
• Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support students' social-emotional growth.
• Work with educators, parents, and administrators to develop holistic support plans for students.
• Monitor progress and provide regular documentation of services provided.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to students' educational and emotional goals.
• Offer guidance on strategies to address behavioral and emotional challenges in the virtual environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• Minnesota State licensure as a School Social Worker required.
• Teaching certification or eligibility required in Minnesota.
• At least two years of school-based experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and use virtual platforms for service delivery.
• High-speed internet and a working computer required for teletherapy.
