Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist Job, Norfolk, VA

VocoVision is collaborating with a school district in the Norfolk, VA area, seeking a remote speech therapist to support students for the current school year. If you're interested, we require a minimum of two years of prior school experience. In this role, you will function as an independent professional under a 1099 arrangement.

Position Details:

• All VocoVision contracts operate under a 1099 arrangement.
• Caseload includes students from K-12 with mild to moderate symptoms.
• We utilize the Zoom application, which provides specific materials and tools.
• Full-time commitment with an expected 37.5 total hours per week.
• School Schedule: 7:50 AM to 3:30 PM EST

Requirements:

• Possess a Master s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Hold a valid Virginia state license for Speech Pathology.
• Carry professional liability insurance coverage as an independent professional.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting online assessments to identify students speech and language impairments.
• Collaborating with faculty to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEEPs) through direct intervention and consultation.
• Participating in virtual meetings to address IEP requirements.
