Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a remote, 1099 contract role. In this position, you will deliver speech therapy services to children or adults through a secure online platform, making a positive impact on clients’ lives from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote speech therapy services to K-12 students or adults, based on the assignment
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized therapy plans
• Utilize evidence-based methods to support communication skill development
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to track progress and ensure effective service delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Exhibit professionalism and provide high-quality care in all interactions

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in North Carolina
• Experience in clinical or educational settings, working with children or adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using teletherapy platforms, or willingness to be trained
• Reliable internet connection for efficient remote sessions
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and progress reports
