Job Description:

We are seeking a Virtual Social Worker to provide compassionate and effective support to individuals and families in Michigan. As a Virtual Social Worker, you will work remotely to connect with clients and provide assessments, counseling, case management, and advocacy services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual assessments, counseling, and case management services to individuals and families in Michigan.
• Utilize a strengths-based and client-centered approach to support clients in achieving their goals and addressing challenges.
• Connect clients to community resources and services as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to ensure quality services and ongoing professional development.
• Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines for social work practice.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Michigan social work licensure (LMSW or LCSW).
• At least 2 years of experience providing social work services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for addressing social and emotional needs.
