Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop, review, and revise IEPs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide appropriate interventions.
Communicate regularly with parents and lead IEP meetings.
Modify curriculum and classroom environment to meet students' needs.
Create and implement behavioral intervention plans and use positive reinforcement.
Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and track outcomes.
Ensure legal compliance and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Special Education.
Developmental Delay License.
Valid teaching certification in Minnesota.
At least 2 years of Special Education Case Management experience.
Extensive experience hosting Zoom meetings.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
