We are seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher (SPED) to provide virtual instruction and support to K-12 students in Saginaw, Michigan.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging virtual instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals.
• Utilize online tools and resources to create an interactive and effective learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student progress.
• Monitor student performance, adjust teaching strategies, and provide necessary accommodations.
• Attend virtual IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Special Education teaching license.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• At least two years of experience working with students with special needs (teletherapy experience is a plus).
• Strong ability to engage and support students in a virtual setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
