Position Overview:
VocoVision is seeking a licensed and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our remote team. This 1099 contract position provides the flexibility to offer services to students across Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering speech therapy services to a diverse student population, assessing communication disorders, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
• Provide direct speech therapy services via telepractice platforms.
• Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in speech therapy.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Florida.
• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with teletherapy or a willingness to learn and adapt to virtual platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have reliable internet and appropriate technology for telepractice.
• A passion for helping students succeed.
