Remote Speech Language Pathologist Job, Full-time in Oregon

Vocovision is urgently in need of a highly motivated and experienced Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work for an Oregon school district for the full 2023/2024 school year. The SLP will work remotely to provide speech and language services to students in the school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote speech and language services to students in a school setting
• Assess and diagnose communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Monitor and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Attend meetings and participate in professional development opportunities as required

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure as an SLP in Oregon
• ASHA CCC s
• 2 years of experience working in schools (some exceptions apply)
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to special education and speech-language pathology
