Remote Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

VocoVision is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a remote worker. This is a full-time position, responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to elementary school students in a Maryland school district.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in elementary school students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning
Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
Attend IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and objectives
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Maryland SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SLP in a school setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using technology to deliver services remotely
