Remote Speech Language Pathologist - Maryland
Remote Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
VocoVision is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a remote worker. This is a full-time position, responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to elementary school students in a Maryland school district.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in elementary school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
- Attend IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Maryland SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SLP in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using technology to deliver services remotely
