Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a lasting difference from home? We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SLP to deliver exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you’ll work with a wide range of students, assisting them in overcoming communication challenges and achieving their goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide personalized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose a variety of communication disorders; create and implement IEPs tailored to individual student requirements.
Provide direct therapeutic interventions, monitor results, and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
Work together with educators, parents, and school staff to support communication goals.
Conduct screenings, document progress, and contribute to team meetings for comprehensive support planning.
Support student advocacy, offer staff resources, and engage in ongoing professional learning.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
Massachusetts SLP license required
Massachusetts teaching certification required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus

Highlights:

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
School hours
Clinical/Technical Team on standby
