Position Summary: We are actively seeking passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide remote services to a school district in Pennsylvania. This position presents an outstanding opportunity to work with diverse student populations, effect meaningful change in their lives, and advance your professional career all from the comfort of your own home.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • ASHA CCC's certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting
  • Expertise in speech and language development, communication disorders, and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Familiarity with telepractice tools and platforms (preferred but not required)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and strong time management skills for effective independent remote work

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, establishing specific goals and objectives
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders through telepractice
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to student support
  • Monitor student progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and meticulously document all services provided
