Remote Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time for the 2024-2025 school year
• Caseload: K-12, moderate to severe needs
• Compensation: $53-$55 per hour, paid weekly
• Role: Independent contractor
• Requirements: Professional liability insurance needed upon acceptance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for speech, voice, hearing, and language disorders.
• Develop tailored intervention programs to address students’ unique communication, language, articulation, and social communication needs in a virtual environment.
• Collaborate with educators and staff remotely to effectively implement intervention strategies.

Required Experience:

• Experience with moderate to severe caseloads
• Familiarity with Proloquo2go, TouchChat, and Tobii Dynavox AAC
• At least two years of experience in a school-based role

Certifications Needed:

• Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current state clearances (fingerprints, TB tests if applicable, background checks, etc.)
