Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Administer therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Work in partnership with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication skills.
- Conduct screenings, keep accurate records, and actively participate in team meetings for coordinated planning.
- Advocate for students, stay up-to-date on the latest research, and engage in professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Virginia Teaching Certification optional
- Virginia SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly Rate: $42+
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
