Exciting Opportunity for a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a real difference in students' lives? We are looking for an enthusiastic SLP to deliver top-quality virtual speech and language services.

You’ll collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
Administer therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
Work in partnership with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication skills.
Conduct screenings, keep accurate records, and actively participate in team meetings for coordinated planning.
Advocate for students, stay up-to-date on the latest research, and engage in professional development.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Virginia Teaching Certification optional
Virginia SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $42+
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
