Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for California School - Teletherapy

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and support students across California. In this role, you will help students address speech and language challenges through remote sessions. While you don’t need to live in California to apply, you must hold a license in your home state as well as in California to be eligible.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
• Valid California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Proven involvement working with children in educational settings, preferably remotely
• Basic understanding of digital therapy tools and platforms (training will be provided!)
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Perform remote assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language skills
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and specific student needs
• Administer engaging and interactive therapy sessions using various remote tools and resources
• Cooperate with teachers and parents to support students' development and provide necessary resources
• Record and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure effectiveness
• Contribute to team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
