Position Overview:

• Fully remote
• Immediate start
• 35 hours per week (3 days per week)
• Caseload of 50 students, ages 3-11
• Caseload shared with another SLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to students with speech disorders according to their IEPs
• Deliver therapy, track student progress, and adjust therapy plans to meet IEP goals
• Collaborate with school staff and maintain communication with parents to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain accurate records, including evaluations, progress reports, and IEP documentation

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting children and families
• CCC-SLP certification
• Maryland teaching certification
• Professional Liability Insurance (provided upon hire)
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet access
• Comfortable with technology (training on software will be provided)
