Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a remote opportunity to support students? Join our team to provide high-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you’ll help students overcome communication barriers and achieve their goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and offer therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders, implementing individualized IEPs for effective student progress.
• Provide direct therapy, monitor results, and modify treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to foster supportive communication environments.
• Conduct screenings, maintain accurate records, and contribute to team discussions for comprehensive support.
• Advocate for students, train staff, and pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Current Delaware Teaching Certification optional
• Delaware SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
