In this role, you’ll engage with a diverse range of students, assisting them in overcoming communication barriers and achieving their best. As a vital part of our innovative teletherapy team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and implement customized IEPs for each student.
Deliver direct therapy services, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary for effectiveness.
Partner with educators, parents, and school personnel to enhance communication support for students.
Conduct evaluations, maintain organized records, and participate in collaborative planning meetings.
Support advocacy for students, stay updated on new research, and engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Vermont Teaching Certification required
Active Vermont SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
