Position Overview:
VocoVision is seeking a skilled and licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team remotely. This 1099 contract position allows the flexibility to work with students across Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to a diverse student population, assessing communication disorders, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
• Provide direct speech therapy services via telepractice platforms.
• Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in speech therapy.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
• Must hold a Massachusetts Teaching Certificate.
• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with teletherapy or a willingness to learn and adapt to virtual platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have reliable internet and suitable technology for telepractice.
• A passion for helping students succeed.
