VocoVision is collaborating with a school district in the Las Vegas, NV area that is seeking a dedicated remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position for the 2024-2025 academic year. Position Details:

• Full-time for the 2024-2025 School Year
  • Start Date: ASAP - End Date: 05/21/25
  • Work Hours: 7 am - 3 pm, Monday to Friday
• Compensation: $48-$53 per hour, paid weekly
  • Includes both direct and indirect services
• This role operates as an independent contractor
  • Professional liability insurance must be obtained upon hiring

Duties:

• Conduct remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for speech, voice, hearing, and language disorders.
• Develop tailored intervention programs to address each student's communication, language, articulation, and social interaction needs in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate with educators and school personnel to implement effective interventions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based role is essential.
• Required Credentials:
  • Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Teaching credential from the Nevada Department of Education
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Current state clearances (fingerprint checks, TB tests if necessary, background check, etc.)
