Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide customized therapy sessions that meet each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design and implement customized IEPs.
• Deliver direct therapy services, monitor student progress, and adapt treatment strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication goals.
• Perform screenings, document findings, and actively engage in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
• Advocate for students’ needs, provide staff training, and pursue continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Florida Teaching Certification preferred
• Florida SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
