Responsibilities:

Identify and assess communication disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and apply tailored IEPs.
Provide direct therapy, track progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support effective communication.
Conduct screenings, maintain detailed records, and participate in team meetings for effective planning.
Champion student advocacy, stay updated on field advancements, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Ohio Teaching Certification
Ohio SLP license
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $45-$55
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
