School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (Virtual/Remote) - Georgia
We’re looking for a Georgia-licensed SLP to support K-12 students in a school-based setting. As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work remotely to provide speech and language services, collaborating with staff and families to ensure students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
- Conduct remote evaluations to assess speech and language disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and manage therapy interventions designed to improve students' communication skills.
- Track and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the students' educational plans.
- Utilize online therapy tools and resources to enhance engagement and effectiveness during sessions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist; telehealth experience preferred.
- Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
