School Psychologist - Indiana (Remote)

Overview

VocoVision is recruiting an experienced School Psychologist to provide virtual services to students across Indiana. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population while enjoying the benefits of a flexible work-from-home arrangement.

Position Details

  • Location: Fully Remote (Indiana-based)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, 1099 Contract
  • Work Schedule: Flexible within school hours, including time for indirect services

Requirements

  • Master's or Specialist Degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active Indiana state School Psychologist license
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a School Psychologist in educational settings
  • Proficiency in delivering remote psychological services and familiarity with online platforms like Zoom
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a virtual environment
  • Cultural competence to serve Indiana's diverse student population

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations remotely
  • Design and implement behavioral intervention plans for students with various needs
  • Provide virtual counseling and support services to students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and student progress
  • Participate in virtual Case Conference Committee meetings and contribute professional insights
  • Adapt assessment and intervention techniques for effective online delivery
  • Stay informed about Indiana Department of Education requirements and advancements in school psychology
  • Provide culturally responsive services to Indiana's diverse student population
  • Adhere to all Indiana DOE guidelines and regulations for special education services
  • Contribute to the implementation of Indiana's Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS) framework
  • Participate in professional development activities to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices
