School Speech Language Pathologist Remote Opportunity

Vocovision is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services to PK-12 students in a School District in the state of Alabama.

This is a full-time position, and the SLP will be responsible for managing a caseload of students, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with parents and school staff.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Alabama SLP license
Alabama Teaching Certification
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SLP in a school setting (some exceptions apply)
Experience providing teletherapy services preferred but not required
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students

Key Responsibilities:
Provide teletherapy services to PK-12 students in Alabama
Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual student needs
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with parents and school staff to ensure students' needs are being met
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards


Working Conditions/Requirements: This is a remote position, and the SLP will be working from their home. The SLP must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet and private workspace, and the necessary technology to deliver teletherapy services. The SLP will be required to work during regular school hours and attend meetings.
