A 1099 contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing telehealth services within a school setting. This role is remote, supporting educational programs focused on behavior intervention and analysis.

Location: Chicopee, MA (remote service delivery)

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans via telehealth
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to implement behavior strategies and monitor progress
• Providing training and support to school personnel and families on behavior management techniques
• Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
• Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations related to behavior analysis services

Desired qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
• Experience providing telehealth behavior analytic services, preferably in school environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork
• Ability to effectively manage caseload and document services according to professional standards
• Familiarity with school-based behavior intervention programs and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes is beneficial
