Bilingual Remote OT (1099) Minnesota Districts with Multilingual Needs

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English preferred) Occupational Therapist to deliver remote services to students in Minnesota districts with diverse language populations. Cultural competence and adaptive strategies are essential for this role.

Duties:

• Provide OT services with linguistic and cultural sensitivity

• Conduct virtual assessments with support from interpreters (if needed)

• Support sensory, motor, and executive function needs

• Communicate clearly with multilingual families and staff

• Contribute to IEPs that reflect linguistic and cultural considerations

• Train teachers and aides on classroom accommodations

VOCOVISION Requirements

Must have a Master's Degree

Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance

Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)

Home computer with high internet speed

Passed basic tech screening

Interview Process:

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
• Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
