Virtual Physical Therapist (School-Based) - New Mexico

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide virtual services to K-12 students at a school district in New Mexico. This 1099 contract position offers flexibility and the opportunity to deliver therapy remotely, supporting students physical development and educational success.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual physical therapy to K-12 students with mobility and motor skill challenges.
• Complete evaluations and attend EDT/IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Active PT license in the state of New Mexico
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Familiarity with IEPs and a variety of physical disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms (training provided).

Job Details:

• Part time: 2-3 days per week.
• Start/End Date: 25/26 school year (waiting on calendar dates)
• Competitive pay on a 1099 contract.
• Work from home.
