Virtual Physical Therapist (PT) Opening - Remote, Delaware

Position Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide virtual physical therapy services to students enrolled in K12 schools across Delaware. This remote position allows you to work from home while supporting students physical development and mobility needs in collaboration with school teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services via secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platforms

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students physical therapy needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and treatment goals

• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to support student success

• Monitor student progress, document services, and update goals as needed

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input to support educational access

• Ensure compliance with Delaware state regulations and school district policies

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Current and valid Delaware Physical Therapy license

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric or school-based PT experience

• Familiarity with teletherapy best practices and digital tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with diverse student populations and disabilities

• Prior teletherapy experience in a school setting

• Knowledge of IDEA and IEP processes
