Position Overview:
In this fully virtual role, you'll conduct student assessments, provide counseling, and collaborate with educators and families to support student success. Your work will focus on developing and implementing effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), contributing directly to student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine special education eligibility

• Provide virtual counseling and crisis intervention services

• Create and manage IEPs and BIPs customized to individual student needs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support positive student development

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or a related field

• Current and valid School Psychologist license in the state of Alaska

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a school-based setting

• Prior experience delivering virtual services is a plus

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Self-driven and capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
