About the Role:

Were looking for a compassionate and skilled Remote School Psychologist to join our team and support K12 students across West Virginia. In this fully remote position, you'll provide virtual evaluations, counseling, and consultation services to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What Youll Do:

Conduct virtual assessments and interpret results to help identify student needs.
Participate in virtual IEP and eligibility meetings, and contribute to developing plans that support student success.
Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing behavioral, emotional, or academic challenges.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to create effective intervention strategies.
Support schools with crisis response and behavioral consultation when needed.
Keep detailed, confidential records that meet all state and federal guidelines.

What Youll Need:

A Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology.
Active (or eligible) School Psychologist certification in West Virginia.
At least 2 years of experience in a school setting preferred.
Comfort with remote tools for testing, documentation, and communication.
Strong knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and West Virginia education policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using digital assessment tools (like Q-interactive or Riverside).
Bilingual is a plus.
Familiarity with diverse student populations and culturally responsive practices.

High-speed internet connection.
A private, quiet workspace.
A computer with a webcam, microphone, and updated software.
