Virtual School Psychologist - West Virginia (Fully Remote)
Overview:
We are seeking a licensed School Psychologist to deliver comprehensive psychological and educational services to K12 students across West Virginia schools through a fully remote platform. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting students academic, social, and emotional development.
Primary Responsibilities:

Perform virtual psychoeducational assessments to identify student needs and eligibility

Collaborate with IEP teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs

Provide remote counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support as needed

Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes

Interpret assessment results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations

Participate in virtual IEP, eligibility, and intervention meetings

Ensure all services comply with West Virginia Department of Education guidelines
Qualifications:

Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
-
Valid West Virginia school psychologist certification or eligibility to obtain licensure

Experience working within school environments, preferably with diverse student populations

Proficiency with virtual assessment tools and telehealth service delivery

Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and MTSS/RTI frameworks

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage a remote caseload independently
Preferred Qualifications:

National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP)

Experience providing telepsychology or virtual school-based services

Background in crisis intervention and behavioral support techniques
