Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to join our remote team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in school psychology and excellent communication abilities. In this role, you will work closely with students, parents, and educators to deliver comprehensive psychological services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and well-being.
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
• Provide counseling and support to students dealing with academic, social, or emotional issues.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address students' needs.
• Offer crisis intervention and support when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and evaluations.
• Engage in virtual team meetings and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Current Virginia School Psychologist certification/licensure.
• At least 2 years of experience in a school psychology role.
• Proficiency in virtual communication and assessment tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
