Online School Psychologist - TX
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services. This role focuses on delivering remote psychological assessments, consultations, and intervention services within an educational setting. The position operates under a 1099 contract arrangement, offering flexibility and autonomy in service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth psychological evaluations and assessments for students exhibiting diverse learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Collaborate remotely with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions.
- Provide timely reports and detailed documentation in compliance with legal and educational standards.
- Support crisis intervention and preventive strategies through virtual consultations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all telehealth interactions.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Proven experience delivering school psychology services via telehealth platforms.
- Strong knowledge of educational laws, special education regulations, and psychological assessment tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, adaptable to remote settings.
- Ability to manage case documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Comfortable working independently under a contract agreement.
