About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide remote speech therapy services for K-12 students in Spanish Springs, Nevada. In this role, you will work with students to improve their speech, language, and communication skills in a virtual setting.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide virtual speech therapy services to students, focusing on language development, articulation, fluency, and voice disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs.

• Work closely with parents, teachers, and school teams to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations regarding speech and language goals.

• Foster a supportive and engaging virtual learning environment that encourages student participation and progress.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and ensure compliance with Nevadas educational standards.

What You Need:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification in Nevada.

• Experience working with K-12 students in a school-based setting (teletherapy experience preferred).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a virtual environment.

• A reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace.
