Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions personalized to each students needs.

• Create and manage individualized treatment plans to help students meet their communication goals.

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

• Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed.

• Maintain organized, compliant records of therapy sessions and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Missouri SLP license (required).

• Previous experience with school-aged children; remote or school-based work is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and tech skills.

• Comfortable managing a remote caseload independently.
