Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full Time | Alabama

Soliant and VocoVision are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to K-12 students across Alabama. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for the upcoming school year, ideal for SLPs who are passionate about delivering impactful therapy in a flexible setting.

Position Overview:

• Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Location: Virtual Alabama licensure required

• Schedule: Full-Time (3540 hours per week)

• Start Date: 20252026 School Year

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a K-12 caseload

• Complete speech and language evaluations and write detailed reports

• Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with school staff

• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district guidelines

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active SLP license in the state of Alabama

• ASHA CCCs preferred

• Prior teletherapy experience is a plus

• Comfortable using technology and working independently
