Speech Language Therapist (Virtual) - PA

In this position, you will help students overcome communication challenges, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and implement personalized IEPs.
• Provide therapy, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs.
• Conduct assessments, maintain detailed records, and contribute to team meetings for planning.
• Advocate for students, stay updated on best practices, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Pennsylvania SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification.
• At least 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus.
• Reliable internet and computer (no Chromebooks/tablets allowed).
