In this role, you'll work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential. You'll collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and assess communication disorders in students; develop and implement effective IEPs.
Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and revise treatment strategies as necessary.
Work alongside educators, parents, and staff to address and support communication goals.
Conduct screenings, maintain accurate documentation, and engage in team planning sessions.
Advocate for students' needs, stay current with the latest research, and pursue continuous professional learning.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
IllinoisSLP license required
Illinois PEL or willingness to obtainPEL required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection

Highlights:

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $45-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
School hours
Clinical/Technical Team on standby
