Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (Fully Remote in Texas)
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to K12 students across Texas. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed academically.
Responsibilities

Conduct virtual speech and language assessments to evaluate student needs.

Develop individualized therapy plans based on students IEP goals.

Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms.

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success.

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including FERPA and HIPAA.
Qualifications
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.

Active Speech-Language Pathologist license from the state of Texas.

At least two years of experience working with school-aged children; teletherapy experience preferred.

Comfortable using technology and online platforms for virtual therapy; reliable internet and computer access required.

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
