SLP Early Intervention Specialist Wanted
In this school-based position, you will provide speech and language therapy to students with identified needs, monitor their progress, and adjust interventions as necessary. Youll also participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current WisconsinSLP license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

The SLP will work with a variety of students, including those with autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and other special needs, to address communication barriers. Youll provide direct therapy, consult with staff, and educate families on strategies to support communication at home and in the community.
