VocoVision is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide remote services to K-12 students in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In this role, you will offer counseling and support to students dealing with emotional, behavioral, and social challenges, promoting their overall well-being in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote counseling services to students to address emotional, behavioral, and social concerns.

• Work with parents, teachers, and school teams to develop strategies to improve students' mental health and academic success.

• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and provide interventions.

• Collaborate with staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.

• Participate in IEP meetings to provide insights and recommendations for students emotional and behavioral support.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Michigans educational regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan licensure as a Social Worker.

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW).

• At least two years of experience as a Social Worker (teletherapy experience preferred).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote work.

• A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
